Support the Texas NAACP by purchasing an advertisement for the 88th Annual State Convention. Ads appear in the official program booklet, distributed to all attendees. Your support helps advance our mission of equity, justice, and empowerment across Texas.

• Quarter Page Ad (Branch) – $375.00
  Size: 4.25 inches x 5.5 inches

• Half Page Ad (Branch) – $750.00
  Size: 8.5 inches x 5.5 inches

• Full Page Ad (Branch) – $1000.00
  Size: 8.5 inches x 11 inches

All ads are eligible to be in full color. Journal Booklet Placement is at the discretion of the NAACP Texas State Conference.

Submission Guidelines

• Format: PDF, JPEG, or PNG

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI (print-ready quality)

• Color: CMYK color mode recommended

• Deadline: All ads and vendor materials must be submitted no later than September 30, 2025

• Submission: Materials should be emailed to shevann@b-rare.net with subject line “Ad Submission – Texas NAACP State Conference”

• Payment Confirmation: Ads and vendor space are only guaranteed once payment is received in full
